If you have purchased just an exam voucher or a course that comes with an exam voucher (ITIL, Prince2, Prince2 Agile), you can access your voucher from our member's portal (https://members.diontraining.com).
If you don't have a previous account, simply use the "Forgot password" link at the site to login.
If you still do not see it in your dashboard, please email support@diontraining.com, and we will email you a copy of your voucher.
