When you buy a course at diontraining.com and you click on "Login", you are brought to a page with 4 different login prompts because our system is a federated system based on the course you are taking.


You simply need to click on "Access My Course" under the appropriate icon. For example, if you are taking an ITIL course, then you will click "Access My Course" under ITIL and so on. For courses that are no longer offered for sale but you have purchased prior to May 2020, click on "Access My Course" under Legacy Login.

For your first login, you will get an email sent to you with a link that will allow you to set your password the first time. If you do not get that email, you may have typed in your email incorrectly during the purchase or your email provider has blocked our messages as spam or junk mail. If this happens, you can go back to the login prompt, click "Lost Your Password" and enter your email or username. You will be sent an email with a reset link. This system-generated email goes through spam filters as they are user-requested. Otherwise, send us an email at support@diontraining.com.
