Use the same email address used before
If you have checked your email address and still cannot see your course, the next step is to contact the Diontraining.com support team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, attach your purchase invoice, and our team will manually add your course to your account after verifying your course purchase. If there is an error in your email address, our team will edit it accordingly.
Expired course If you still cannot find your course and it has been over a year since your purchase, that means your course has expired. You can contact email@example.com to discuss options for extensions.
