If you purchase the Take2 option, please note that it is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, even if it isn't eventually used. Additionally, you must schedule and take the re-sit exam within 6 months from the date of your initial exam. The Take2 option is valid only for the exam originally purchased and cannot be used for any other offering. It is also not available for purchase after a failed exam. The Take2 option can only be used if you failed the exam on your first attempt, and not if you missed your exam.
If you don't pass the exam using your voucher, kindly inform us of the result by emailing us at support@diontraining.com.
We will wait for your official score report from CompTIA. Once we have your exam result our system will then allow us to process your retake voucher.
This will take 3-5 days from the day of your unsuccessful attempt, so I suggest focusing on your studies while awaiting the take2 voucher.
