How to Get Help with Lab Issues from CompTIA
If you're experiencing issues with your labs and require assistance, we apologize for the inconvenience. However, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer any assistance since the labs are controlled by CompTIA. But don't worry, you can still get help directly from CompTIA.
To reach out to them for support, follow these steps:
1. Go to the right side of the lab and locate the instruction area.
2. In the instruction area, there are three tabs. Click on the right-most tab labeled "help." Once you click on the "help" tab, you'll see a support link that goes directly to CompTIA.
3. Click on the support link to be redirected to CompTIA's support page, where you can get help with lab issues, technical problems, or any other misunderstandings you may have encountered.
CompTIA handles all support requests for lab-related issues, so they'll be able to provide you with the assistance you need to get back on track. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue.
